Rewards your way.
A free V60, a doppio, a bag of this month's roast: you choose the rewards, the points they cost, your logo and your colours. Change them any time, and every customer page follows.
Loyalty for specialty coffee NEW
Turn first cups into regulars.
Every flat white, every V60 paid by card earns points toward the next one. Your regulars follow them on their phone; you see who's coming back, and who isn't.
30 seconds to join
Your customer scans one QR while the barista pulls the shot, types a first name and a phone number, and gets their points page straight away. From then on, every cup counts by itself.

No spreadsheets. Volta reads your terminal and tells you three things each morning: who came, who came back, and who you're losing.

Your staff sees who's a regular.
Each payment shows up on the counter phone. A new card gets a QR to join; a member gets their reward in two taps.
SMS that bring them back.
Welcome, reward, birthday, “we miss you” and “the new roast is in”, with the offer you choose. Sent without accents, so one SMS is enough.
Three numbers a manager can read.
Who came, who came back, who's slipping. Your figures appear the day your terminal is connected.
What your regulars see.
No plastic card to carry. Their points, their rewards and their visits, in your colours, one tap away on their phone.
